On the field, I helped elementary school aged kids with life skills and fostering a team mentality via the game of lacrosse, developing friendships across various identity markers, and guiding them on their journey to becoming community leaders. Off the field, I helped tutor and mentor the kids while acting as the best role model for them that I could be.
